1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a TELVENO eSIM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service

TELVENO provides digital eSIM data plans for compatible mobile devices. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local network operators in each destination.

3. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing.

TELVENO is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported or carrier-locked devices.

4. Activation

eSIM activation instructions are provided after purchase.

Customers should install their eSIM before traveling whenever possible and activate Data Roaming when required.

5. Usage

Data plans are valid only for the purchased destination(s), data allowance, and validity period.

Unused data or remaining validity cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Payments

All purchases are processed securely.

Orders become final once payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Requests will be reviewed individually.

Refunds are generally not available after an eSIM has been installed or activated unless required by applicable law.

8. Network Availability

TELVENO relies on third-party mobile network operators.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in every location.

9. Limitation of Liability

TELVENO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased eSIM.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

TELVENO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
