Whitelabel Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any TELVENO eSIM service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TELVENO is a digital platform that provides access to international eSIM data plans.

All connectivity services are delivered through licensed third-party telecommunications operators. TELVENO does not own, operate, or control any telecommunications network infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission to use our services.

4. Device Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their device:

- supports eSIM technology

- is unlocked

- is compatible with the selected destination

TELVENO is not responsible for incompatibility issues.

5. Purchase & Delivery

After successful payment, the eSIM will be delivered digitally via email or user account.

All purchases are considered final once the eSIM has been delivered.

6. Activation & Usage

Users are responsible for correctly installing and activating their eSIM.

Service quality, speed, and coverage depend entirely on local network operators and may vary by location.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

- the eSIM has not been activated

- a proven technical issue prevents usage

No refunds will be issued once the eSIM has been activated or used, except where required by law.

8. Network Availability

TELVENO relies entirely on third-party mobile network operators.

We do not guarantee:

- uninterrupted service

- specific speeds

- coverage in all locations

9. Limitation of Liability

TELVENO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM.

10. Third-Party Services

All connectivity services are provided by independent third-party operators. TELVENO is not responsible for their performance or service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

All TELVENO branding, website content, and materials are protected and may not be used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

TELVENO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
